Marketing and advertising agency from UK is looking for the next Associate director for their Public relations & creative communications branch. The company is specialised in integrating medical communications across the healthcare arena to provide innovative and focuses communication solutions.

What is the client offering?

As a dedicated Associate Director in Public Relations with a strong healthcare touch your basic salary will be between £56-65k based on your previous experience. In addition for your dedication you will get the following great extra benefits:

Daily responsibilities and main activities:

*Client service activities: lead and support middle management, establish and reinforce relationships with key personnel, advise clients, develop, manage and finalise client activity programmes.
*Account team activities: manage effectively resources in order to deliver successful projects, support account teams in fulfilling their potential, lead internal project meetings.
*Business development and commercial awareness activities: selling the agency's services, develop opportunities for growing business within existing accounts, lead new business pitches.
*Financial management activities: sense-check final budgets with AM/SAM/Account director before sending them out to client, establishing and confirming financial arrangements with client.
*People management activities: organising 1:1 review meetings to ensure development of direct reports, provide effective coaching, taking responsibility for leading and managing the activities of direct reports/team.

You are our perfect match if you have:
*Strong people management skills;
*Previous experience in Public relations - with a strong focus on healthcare accounts;
*Great understanding of Financial Acumen;
*Proven experience managing important accounts;
*Understanding of business development;
*People Management skills;
*Network of industry contacts (Healthcare/Pharmaceutical);
*The ability to inspire others to succeed;
