Role:Territory Business Manager
Location: West London
Reporting Line: Regional Business Manager
Business Unit: ENT

The position has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the West London region, the role is responsible for driving sales and maximising profit within one of their most high-profile regions that is tipped for tremendous growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Building strong relationships with a variety of Surgeons across multiple specialities promoting a variety of specialist capital and consumable products
- Working with Heads of Procurement and further Hospital Management teams alongside clinical staff.
- Developing and implementation of business and regional strategy focusing on new business opportunities for new customers
- Implementing change within procurement, proposing effective solutions through the use of clinical data and supported evidence
- Working closely with the Clinical Specialist to ensure maximum efficiency is met within the defined region
- Representing the organisation within clinical meetings, presenting key evidence and product based solutions
- Providing accurate forecasting to senior management of all sales potential for the region
- Working closely with the wider team across multiple surgical/orthopaedic therapy areas to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Negotiate & develop commercial proposals and tender submissions for territory accounts
- Maximising area potential by Influencing KOL's and senior Healthcare providers


- Educated to Degree level within the field of Medical, Scientific or Business
- Ability to network and influence senior level healthcare professionals
- A strong strategic and commercial approach to business development and account management
- Previous clinical sales background with a wide knowledge of surgical procedures
