Our client is a supply chain consolidator who focus on the product & service cost savings for all clients. They are one of the UKâ??s largest B2B providers of business services.

Due to rapid expansion they are now looking to recruit an HR, Compliance and Office Manage to provide HR support & guidance to all employees and to oversee the HR department, ensure that the company is 100% compliant with UK legislation & regulation and also to manage the Head Office ensuring that it runs smoothly and pro-actively dealing with any issues that arise.

Main Responsibilities:
â?¢ To provide HR Support to the business from recruitment through to exit, including:
o Recruitment Co-ordination/administration
o Onboarding Administration including Job offers, Referencing, Document Co-ordination etc.
o Co-ordination of New Starter Inductions
o Amendment Paperwork including job changes, changes of hours & any other changes to employment
o Processing of Leavers
â?¢ HR Process Mapping
â?¢ Process Improvement throughout the business including 121â??s & Appraisals
â?¢ Absence Management
â?¢ ER Case Management
â?¢ Administer benefits schemes including Childcare Vouchers, My Compliments Cards, medical, etc.
â?¢ Set up new benefits as required
â?¢ Office Management for the Head Office including office equipment, overseeing cleaners and other maintenance contracts
â?¢ Ensuring office is up to Health and Safety standards and in good order throughout
â?¢ Project Management for ISO & IIP Accreditations
â?¢ Oversee Cyber Essentials accreditation, FCA reporting and best practice under GDPR
â?¢ Co-ordination of documentation, agenda, location etc. and minute taking for Board and Management Meetings
â?¢ Review & Manage Customer Agreement Templates
â?¢ Ensure compliance within Health and Safety
â?¢ Some Payroll duties
â?¢ Update Skills Matrices
â?¢ Review & Maintain job descriptions
â?¢ Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director of Commercial or the Board Directors

Training/Special Requirements for the Role:
â?¢ Previous HR/Employment Law Experience
â?¢ IOSH Accredited
â?¢ Numerate and Literate
â?¢ IT literate and competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel
