IT Desktop / Service Desk Analyst - NW London

A large organisation based in Marylebone, London is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its growing IT department.

This is a permanent position that includes a starting salary of £24,000 along with 28 days annual leave and excellent pension scheme. The working week will be Monday to Friday and consist of 35 hours.

This varied role will involve providing in house 1st and 2nd line support to a large number of users as well as supporting project rollouts. You will be responsible for supporting a range of software and hardware including PC/laptop builds, server support, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, basic networking. There may also be a requirement for producing IT guides and user training.

To be considered suitable for this role you must have previous experience in either Helpdesk, Desktop or Service Desk Support along with the following support skills:
- IT support experience using a ticketing system
- Knowledge and experience of PC/Laptop builds
- Microsoft Office
- Software patching / updates
- Windows 8/10
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and IP fundamentals
- Outlook / Exchange
- Excel and Access
