Role requirements
Experience and technical skills
The employee will be able to demonstrate the following experience and technical skills:
*Demonstrable experience of product design and delivery in the pensions or financial services sector
*Practical experience of solution design
*Experience of defining requirements for service based contracts.
*Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to critically analyse issues, consider options and develop recommendations based on solid reasoning
*Demonstrable evidence of delivering creative solutions to complex problems
*Familiarity and confidence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Personal attributes required
The role will require someone with the following personal attributes:
*A self-starter, with lots of ideas about how things can be improved
*Will be precise, meticulous and thorough.
*Will be able to work collaboratively with other members
*Willingness to work with others, good teamwork, and good communication skills
*The ability to cope with multiple tasks/projects
*Strong people-management and supplier-management skills
*Strong relationship skills and the ability to effectively harness a mixture of resources within the business and at vendors.
*An ability to thrive in a demanding project environment and a commitment to provide an excellent service
*Comfortable working under their own initiative to develop ideas, influence stakeholder and drive out results
*A highly motivated, adaptable, completer/finisher who can flex to meet the needs of the situation
*Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
*Attention to detail to ensure that work is of a consistently high standard

Education, qualification and professional membership requirements
*The candidate is likely to be degree educated but the right experience and skills are more important than educational achievements
