Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer (C++, Image)

We are looking for an Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer (C++, Image) to join a startup that is currently researching and solving the current problems with Image Processing and Computer Vision, using Machine Learning Technology to do so. This startup has just received a round of 2 million pounds in seed feeding and are expanding their team of talented Computer Vision / Machine Learning specialists. The team is currently at the implementation stage of their advanced image and video platform; one of its major successes is helping colour blind people distinguish between specific colours, recognized recently in an international conference.

As a Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer, you will be passionate about image & real-time video and will join them on their mission of taking their technology to different consumer markets on an international scale. Their team has the experience of over one hundred years in imaging research and development.

In essence, they want a Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer (C++, Image) to share their enthusiasm and belief for their product. As an Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer you will ideally have knowledge within video compression and codec technology, on top of a strong mathematical background
