1st Line Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen working as a 1st Line Support Analyst within a successful organisation in Coventry. The role will require experience of providing helpdesk support within a fast paced environment

Within this position you will be responsible for providing support to internal customers. This will include call logging, follow up/escalation and remote support.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of customer hardware and software problems and requests, within a Microsoft windows operating system.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and ambitious with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have excellent customer service skills and come across well over the phone.

You will receive excellent training packages and the opportunity to progress within an IT Support Environment.
