Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing you'll be playing a key role in our business growth plans to establish the client as the go-to provider for Internet technology services in business and science parks nationwide.We're looking for someone who is Energetic and enthusiastic about technology and how it can be deployed to enable our customers to do more. Highly motivated and committed to building strong personal and professional relationships with customers, their team and colleagues across the business. Be a great communicator who holds excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Commercially driven and passionate about seeing others achieve. Able to motivate others and enjoys a high pace work environment. Looking to drive the business forward and work with the marketing and product teams on new initiatives and campaigns to meet customer requirements and market opportunities. Keen to get stuck in and make a difference in the business.The right person will Have demonstrable sales management experience and success with overachievement and high performance at the core of previous sales roles. Have a good in-depth knowledge of the ISP and technology market place. Be able to set and deliver stretching but achievable targets. Understand customer needs and requirements to help define the long term business strategy. Be focused on supporting your team through ongoing training and support, as well as able to get stuck in and deliver direct sales support to the right opportunities. Have the right culture, attitude and desire to drive our business forward.The role:Leading a team of 12 engaged and enthusiastic sales colleagues. Looking after three tiers of sales functions from desk-based through to field-based roles. Coach, managing and developing the sales team to achieve more and help grow people's careers. Weekly reporting and sales meetings to ensure performance against target.
