Reporting in to the Area Manager, our successful candidate will oversee the property management function, ensuring client’s expectations are exceeded, as well as valuing properties to let and to sell and monitoring and following up valuations to ensure acceptable conversion rates. The management of branch staff is also a key requirement, including carrying out staff interviews, inductions, training and appraisals, plus successfully motivating, supporting and developing your team to achieve consistently excellent results.
In addition, as our Branch Manager you will:
- Introduce new business and build alliances with key local employers and developers Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors Understanding and monitoring the branch’s profit and loss and budget
- Provide forecast, evidence and information for the formation of the annual budgets
To succeed, you must possess a proven track record of successfully managing, coaching and nurturing teams and be able to demonstrate excellent relationship and rapport-building skills. Able to focus on both sales and lettings, you will also boast outstanding communication and customer service abilities, while a professional and well-presented demeanour is essential at all times.
