A leading national company wants a Desktop Support Technician to join their customer focused team in London. A really exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to work in an industry sector that is a fast paced environment and offers the opportunity to attend global and national corporate events.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with internal, external and executive teams, oversee troubleshooting of all software and hardware issues and assisting staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, mobile technologies and software. You will also be required to take ownership of assigned incidents relating to Laptops, phones, smart phones, tablets and printers.

Essential requirements are a sound understanding of the ITIL process as well as extensive experience supporting all Microsoft windows desktop office in a 2nd line support role. Highly desirables for this role includes formal Certifications in ITIL, MCITP, A+, Network +, MCDST.
