Location: Wolverhampton (Commutable from Walsall, Wednesbury, Telford, Cannock)
Job Type: Full Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum

About the role:

Do you pride yourself on providing excellent customer service with a can do attitude? Do you have ICT support experience?

They are looking for 2 super flexible individuals to work as part of their ICT Service Delivery Team who provide the first point of contact for ICT incidents and requests and a field based ICT service supporting colleagues at their many satellite offices.

The Helpdesk analyst role will be based at their Wolverhampton office on a Helpdesk team of 5.

The Mobile support analyst role will be Midlands based supporting offices predominantly around Birmingham and the South Midlands.

About you:

They're looking for candidates who have spent time on an ICT Helpdesk or in a field based ICT role. Additionally, it's essential that you have a passion for ICT, with exceptional customer service skills, flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines.

You may have experience of the following: Systems Engineer, IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, Technical Support, IT Engineer, Help Desk, 1st Line Support, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Engineer, Mobile Support Engineer, Mobile IT Engineer, Mobile Support Analyst, etc.
