IT Support Analyst – MS Office – Perth - £15k

Role Overview

An IT Support Analyst with previous MS Office administration skills is required by our client based in Perth, Scotland. A salary of up to £15,000 is available.

The IT Support Analyst will log and assign tickets raised by email and assist with service requests and incident management. You will also have an opportunity to provide support working alongside the first line support team adhering to strict SLAs. A good knowledge of Window 7/MS Office (2007/2010/2013) is useful for this role.

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the ordering and provisioning of software applications as well as hardware such as desktops, laptops, network devices & smart-devices. You will also act as a supplier liaison. Good reporting skills are required.

Required skills:

- Strong administration skills and affinity for IT Support

- Good knowledge of Window 7/MS Office (2007/2010/2013) is highly desirable.

- Purchasing and supplier management

- Good reporting skills
