EDI Systems Analyst/Developer (SAP/EDI)- Salary is dependent of experience up to £50,000 PA

Opal Tree Solutions' global customer is looking to appoint an experienced EDI Analyst with hands on mapping skills for a permanent career opportunity within their IT/SAP team.

Our client has just entered into an exciting and busy time with multiple EDI, IT and SAP projects due to new products, upgrades and acquisitions after a long period of sustained growth.

The role will primarily be focussed on EDI, as well as having opportunities to get involved in some broader SAP and IT projects. Applicants needs to be proactive and driven to get things done in order to move tasks and projects forward.

Hands on EDI mapping skills (Ideally Seeburger)
SAP SD - Orders, Deliveries, Invoices, Master Data, Output, IDOCs etc.
Take responsibility for EDI development requests and effectively track and report on progress
Develop new, and enhance existing, EDI mappings in line with customer requirements(multiple developments in parallel)
Identify and coordinate any SAP system or process changes needed to support customer EDI requirements (for example IDOC changes)
Carry out necessary testing on both Seeburger and SAP
Coordinate testing with customers and 3rd parties
Maintain technical documentation
Assist/lead technical upgrades of the Seeburger system
