A successful Service Desk Analyst upholds our client's commitment to service quality, excellent delivery standards and continuous improvement. You will be the single point of contact for their customers, communicating effectively by phone and email, and building relationships to enhance their reputation for customer service

Their customers are large and their standards are high to match. So they naturally expect their technical staff to represent a professional, business aware, technically experienced, customer focussed organisation. Good communication with customers, service owners and team members is essential.

Hands-on experience including administration and incident resolution across:
  • Windows 7/8/10
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/R2 (beneficial)
  • MS Office
  • MS Exchange 2010/2013
  • Hyper-V or VMWare or Citrix is extremely beneficial.
  • SharePoint administration (Desirable)
  • 6-12 months service desk experience.
