Service Desk Analyst A Service Desk Analyst opportunity has been made available within this globally recognised consultancy. This is a permanent position based in Wolverhampton. The Role As the Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for resolving IT problems when possible. This includes IT issues with operating systems and with productivity software such as office software and various applications. Additionally you will be responding to incoming helpdesk calls according to SLA's and responding to helpdesk mails as they are sent. The Service Desk Analyst will be diagnosing and resolving problems for Clients and external Customers by providing remote support for PC based applications, dial-in facilities and the companies tailored apps. As remote work is a principle part of the role, communication skills are key as well as time management and being able to prioritise.
