A global Pharmaceuticals company is seeking an HR Operations Leader for an initial 12-month contract, with possibility of extension. The Human Resources Lead will implement the operating model for their recently formed shared services function and drive the standardisation and harmonisation of end-to-end HR processes on a global scale.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to drive the delivery of new HR processes, designed to support the continuous improvement of an agile and dynamic Pharmaceuticals company.


- Implementation of the HR shared services functions operating model

- Design of efficient and effective end-to-end HR processes

- Lead the selection of outsourced providers and design service management framework

- Oversee change management and communication plans in close partnership with the Shared Services Implementation Project Manager's and Key Stakeholders

- Data Analysis to ensure process improvement and cost efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:

- CIPD level 7 or relevant qualification relating to Human Resources

- Experienced in HR Transformation within a global organisation

- Experience in shared service strategy implementation

- Expert in Human Resources Technologies such as Workday
