I’m currently working with an international organisation with offices across the UK and an established but growing customer base seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support / Senior IT Rollout Engineer in Bristol.

This is a varied role that will see you as an escalation point for IT queries from the support team, taking ownership of hardware / software installations, acting as a rollout engineer and being heavily involved in general IT project work. This role will suit someone who loves rolling their sleeves up and being hands on with all things IT.

The successful 3rd Line Support / Senior IT Rollout Engineer will boast:

·Strong previous experience working within IT departments playing different roles such as 2nd / 3rd Line Support, IT Rollouts, Implementations, projects

·Technical capabilities at a senior level with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, Windows, PC’s, Laptops, Phones, Tablets, Hardware and Software

·Previous experience playing a key role within IT projects from opportunity spotting, design and delivery

·Great communication skills with technical colleagues, non-technical colleagues and key stakeholders

·Experience working within an ITIL environment – perhaps hold an ITIL certification (not essential)
