1st/2nd Line Technical Support Analyst - Ashford, Kent - Up to £19,000 plus benefits - Weekend shift pattern in place (see below)

I am currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Technical Support Analyst for a very successful business based in Ashford, Kent. You will be providing 2nd line support to both internal and external clients across the range of the companies products and services.

Daily duties

  • Second point of contact for all customers for product/solution support
  • Accurately update and maintain internal records and systems
  • Supporting the wider business through the provision of excellent customer service
  • Log, prioritise and resolve issues utilising the companies CRM system
  • Providing technical support via telephone, email and remote support
  • Installing and upgrading existing systems
  • Identification, recreation and documentation of software issues and required changes
  • Skills required - Essential

  • Previous experience form an IT Support role is essential
  • Microsoft operating systems 10, 2003, VISTA, 7, 2008
  • MS Office Word and Excel
  • Ethernet networks, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have own transport due to location of the office
  • Working hours - Up to 45 hours per week

    Shift pattern: Working between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday

    Weekend pattern: Work one Saturday or Sunday shift every 2 weeks
