Desktop Support Analyst, Walsall An exciting opportunity has arisen working as a Desktop Support Analyst within a successful organisation in Walsall. The role will require experience of providing 1st/2nd line support within a fast paced environment Within this position you will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to internal customers. This will include call logging, follow up/escalation and remote support. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of customer hardware and software problems and requests including PC, Laptop, Printer, Telephony and Network support. You will set up new users and provide training on MS Office applications and other internal systems where appropriate Other responsibilities will include implementation of new hardware and software, rebuild and configuration of existing hardware and maintaining hardware and software inventory. You will also be required to monitor software updates, antivirus status, systems alerts and data backups. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
