QlikView / QlikSense Developer

QlikView Developer required for highly buoyant Insurance organisation based in the City. This role will see you working across numerous BI projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing business critical reporting built on the QlikView platform.

You will have strong QlikView and QlikSense skills along with good software engineering and development experience to apply to business critical applications. Depending on the project, your role will include some if not all of the following - requirements gathering, effort estimation, building proof of concepts, coding, unit testing, release management and stakeholder engagement. The role may involve working with business users to help further define their requirements. It is important that you have worked in a high-energy team, are adaptable to business needs and are comfortable working in a demanding delivery environment ensuring development remains within budget and delivered on time and quality.

You will be passionate about working in an evolving and exciting team and be conversant with emerging latest technologies, techniques, patterns & practices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in and drive key work streams delivering to the business and additionally, helping us develop and evolve our strategic technology platform and business application architecture.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong commercial experience in developing solutions using QlikView
  • Strong commercial experience in developing solutions using Qlik Sense
  • Strong experience in integrating data using QlikView and Qlik Sense
  • Strong experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense UI development
