Programme Change Manager Are you able to drive technology change across different parts of an enterprise level organisation? Do you have excellent experience in managing multiple change projects? If yes then my Tier 1 banking client, based in Edinburgh, will be a great place for you to really push and spear head change, helping define and deliver on strategy within Technology. The Programme Manager will join a new initiative within the bank to change and centralize its Testing function as part of a 30m investment. You will lead various, concurrently running teams from sizes of 5 to 40. As part of the your Programme and Change duties you will be providing direction and leadership on all Testing matters, you'll be monitoring and controlling testing deliverables across many different stakeholders often speaking directly with Board and senior Executive level members of the bank. Essential Skills Excellent project and change management skills with detailed knowledge of full systems development lifecycle and key delivery stages. Very high level of leadership skills. Knowledge of SIT and UAT is required Experience with agile methodologies. Ability to analyse and interpret data, using your creative outlook to find meaningful solutions.
