Leading a search for a trainee or graduate looking for their first role in Medical sales. A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading organisation in the UK. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and determined individual to help drive growth across the product portfolio in the London and South East areas.

Key responsibilities of the role are to maximise the sales of products within target accounts by conducting audits, product training and workshops to provide education and support on the use of the product portfolio.

- The role covers both Acute and Community settings.
- To support the Sales team at a local level on audit, clinical and training issues.
- To liaise with the Sales team and Regional Manager to ensure time is used effectively. The prioritisation of activity will be co ordinated by the Regional Sales Manager.
- To facilitate successful product evaluations in target accounts and generate reports for KOL's to speed up adoption and use of products.
- Assist clinicians in the development of presentations, case studies, training material, posters and articles to support the product portfolio.
- Development of clinical brand advocates.
- To continually update knowledge of each therapy area through professional journals and the clinical specialists and if appropriate by attending educational courses and events.
- To ensure a high level of knowledge is maintained in respect of sales strategy, initiatives and appropriate usage of products.
- To plan effectively to ensure key business needs are addressed and customer support provided in a timely way working closely with the region sales management team.

The ideal candidate will have either some commercial experience, clinical background or an understanding of the NHS landscape. The capacity for hard work, dedication, passion and self belief are all pre-requisites.
