We are the largest privately held Pub and Bar operator in the UK and we are looking for a smart, outgoing Sales & Promotion Coordinator to focus on driving promotions and pre booked sales.

As a Sales & Promotions Coordinator, you will need to have some experience of sales and organising events within the hospitality industry to be able to meet sales and booking targets and maximise the spend on area bookings through:

Promoting our brand and bringing extra footfall in to the venue
Building guest lists, and helping to secure bookings
Identifying ways to improve our bookings process and implement these effectively and efficiently
Developing and maintaining relationships with external and internal customers
Driving PR campaigns; promoting all core marketing activity and supporting one off special events
Attending networking events to keep on top of all local marketing and competitor activity in the area.
