Desktop / Network / Helpdesk Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity has become available for a support technician with some experience. The IT team is responsible for supporting and developing the companies system. The systems are Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012 based with a mixture of Windows 7/8.1/10 workstations running Microsoft Office 2010/2016.

They are looking for someone to provide day-to-day helpdesk, desktop, network support and work with the infrastructure projects team. As well as technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent written English and possess good communication skills. Recent graduates with an IT degree will also be considered.

They are a growing organisation with a proactive attitude and an eye on the future, and strive to keep up with the latest technologies.

The ideal candidate will have the following technical skills:

* Microsoft Office support

* Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10 support

* PC and printer installation and troubleshooting

Any of the following would also be advantageous:

* Microsoft Windows Server

* Windows networking

* Microsoft certifications
