Our client is a pharmaceutical publisher and digital communications agency based in West Byfleet, Surrey which provides digital listening and consultancy services to their pharma clients. Continued success and business growth leads them to seek a Consultant / Analyst to support the team over a range of projects.

The role will involve using digital tools and software to create lexicons, run searches and queries and start to put together datasets and analysis under supervision. - Work as part of a team to create and deliver projects based on digital listening and market intelligence
- Use social listening tools to develop an understanding of therapy area landscapes
- Support senior team members in developing insights across a range of projects
- Develop an understanding of how HCPs and patients use social media, helping define the separation of audiences
- Stay up to date on the use of social media in the pharmaceutical space, specifically keeping abreast of regulations and processes
- Develop an understanding of the client's brands and therapy areas to determine how social media can provide a benefit to their audiences
- Utilise digital listening tools to develop strategies and analyse competition and audience segments
- Develop knowledge to identify influencers, trends, engagement, and content opportunities
- Alert key stakeholders when important topics are detected within the online monitoring process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Degree or higher degree, preferably in life science or marketing & communications
- Previous experience in a healthcare agency or consultancy with previous digital listening experience an advantage
- Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
- Strong analysis skills and the ability to make recommendations based upon your analysis
- Good project management skills
- Computer savvy with solid working knowledge of Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of digital listening tools, ideally Pulsar TRAC
- Well organised and able to prioritise work load
- Detail oriented
