My client, a global healthcare communications agency, with a modern approach in offering creativity, science, strategy and innovation, are seeking an experienced project / account manager to join their growing team in a truly exciting time for the business. My client, who's head quarters are based in London, specialise in advertising and marketing within the healthcare industry. You will be working to translate complex science into a compliant and clear messaging strategy which will ensure that all communications are medically correct and to a high standard, whilst upholding my client's fantastic reputation.

Your new role

You will be working alongside the operations director to define a workflow and project milestones for all projects; this will include when to involve a co-promote partner. You will be responsible in setting up and owning the project timelines and you should be able to resource in collaboration with UCB leads, client and agency PM resources. You will be working across allocated accounts by instruction of senior account managers or directors or, when appropriate, you will work directly with the client. You should be able to quickly grasp the needs of the allocated client accounts, working alongside the senior account managers and director to translate this understanding into actionable creative brief for the agency. You should strive to deliver a high standard of service to all clients by working proactively.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have experience of project planning and work flow adaptations for co-promote or large global agency account. As well as this, pharma experience is preferable; however candidates without this may also be considered. You should have experience in supporting a senior healthcare agency team with PM tasks and account management. If you have experience in starting up big accounts and product launches this will be a strong advantage to your application.

Skills required:

- Confidence in working in a client facing role with multiple stakeholders
- Meeting co-ordination, creative reviews and sign-offs
- Manage invites
- Weekly status meetings which will include weekly status report with traffic lights
- Actively taking meeting notes, pulling together minutes and distribute to a wider team which will include agency and client
