We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Specialist to join the Vascular Access team of a leading global manufacturer and distributor of innovative medical devices. In this role, you will be covering the South London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. Candidates can be placed anywhere on the patch, but please be aware that the majority of the business will be in London so you will be required to travel to London regularly.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the successful candidate will promote and train on the placement of Piccs and other Central Venous Access Devices (CVADs).

It is essential that you are an experienced placer of Piccs in clinical practice with ultrasound and has worked in the field of vascular access. Ideally, you will have commercial sales experience as well, though we will consider candidates from a purely clinical background who are looking to move into a commercial role.

Qualifications Required:

Education & Experience

- Reach and exceed annual sales targets.
- Contribute high-quality information from all accounts and set up new accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key users and influencers throughout the territory.
- Develop a high level of understanding of our products and applications.
- Be able to operate and train on all products and capital equipment clinicians and nurses.
- Achieve reporting deadlines.
- The successful introduction of new products.
- Gain business from competitor accounts.

Person Specification:

- Driven to exceed targets - to be the best and be proud of it.
- A dynamic person able to work alone in a specialist field.
- Strong IT skills.
- Able to utilize excellent interpersonal skills to give and elicit information.
- Liaise and work with personnel at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Flexible and able to develop current and new skills.
- Have a broad understanding of the hospital NHS and Private sector environments.
- Ideally, experience achieved through previous commercial and/or clinical roles.
- A car driver able to travel across the UK with overnight stays
