Steve Lord is recruiting for a Clinical Trials Associate to join a new & growing Biopharmaceutical company, on an initial part time contract basis with the potential for full time work as the contract progresses. The position will be office based, from their site in Aberdeen.

Overall function of the job:
The primary purpose of the Clinical Trials Associate (CTA) is to provide a full administrative support service to the clinical team in line with protocols, company policies and procedures, and ICH GCP requirements.

As Clinical Trials Associate, you will have the following skills and experience:
-Demonstrable experience working as a CTA within either pharma or NHS sector.
-Knowledge of GCP
-Good understanding and working knowledge of the clinical trials environment, regulatory requirements and SOPs.
-A good level of IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QMS (such as MasterControl).

The key areas of responsibiltiy and tasks for this CTA role would be:
-Setting up and maintaining clinical trial information - site details, supplies, critical documents
-Assisting clinical teams to achieve study milestones in compliance with SOPs
-Processing, distributing and tracking essential documents and submitting to the relevant dept.
-Collection, review, tracking and QC of clinical trial documents into the TMF
-Assisting with audits of the TMF
-Compiling investigator site files
-Working closely with the clinical project managers, CRA and regulatory team members.
