Senior Service Desk Analyst - Crawley, West Sussex - to £30k

IT Senior Service Desk Analyst/ IT Support Analyst. You will be overseeing Business As Usual tasks within a Windows, Active Directory environment.

You will be familiar with Windows 2012, Active Directory, MS Outlook etc and accustomed to working within an ITIL environment.

You will be responsible for Co-ordination of all tickets across all IT support disciplines.

Experience, skills and knowledge:

Over three years in a Service Desk / IT Help desk environment experience.

Windows OS, Active Directory, Outlook, Office 365

A+ Certification - Preferred
  • ITIL Foundation V3 - Desirable not essential
  • Report and present trend information, service spike as well as individual performance information at regular intervals
    • Experience of either CRM advantageous
    • Microsoft Dynamics (CRM System)
    • AIA (Document generation)
    • SharePoint (Collaboration Toolkit)
