Our client protect the futures of millions of people in the UK.

Thanks to them those millions know their future is secure because if their employer goes bust, they'll step in to make sure their retirement savings aren't lost. In fact, hundreds of thousands of people already rely on them. So they're not modest, they know their worth. But they also know yours.

They're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Operations Manager to join their team.

This is both a people and processes management role and they are keen to talk to candidates who can demonstrate a strong track record of leading and inspiring a diverse team across the numerous demands of HR Operations. To be successful in this role, it will be essential that you have a strong operational background and natural attention to detail. You will thrive in an environment where you can both embed and enhance processes in a highly collaborative and engaging way. This is a key role that will support both HR Business Partners as well as team specialists in Reward, Recruitment and Talent & Learning. A strong affinity to payroll administration processes is essential. Their ideal candidate will also have experience of i-trent or another HR system where they can demonstrate Super User status. You understand that great processes and systems underpin an effective and results driven team but don't dictate all outcomes. You are comfortable and at ease championing best practice and a flexible attitude to ensure the optimal outcome for all parties.

Proven team leadership skills are essential as is a real "roll your sleeves up" attitude. In return, they can offer a role amongst like-minded colleagues who are committed to providing quality consultative expertise to the business. Whilst the role is likely to be a full-time role, for the right candidate, a minimum of 28 hours per week and flexible working may be considered.
