My client is a leading manufacturer and designer of respiratory and surgical products. They are looking to bring on a Graduate/Associate Territory Sales Manager to their already successful perioperative sales team. In this role, you would be covering the North Thames and East Anglia territory - candidates can live anywhere on the patch but must be comfortable with the travel required. They are looking for someone driven, passionate and enthusiastic, to push sales and contribute to success. If you have are a recent graduate or come from a clinical/nursing background and are looking to break into medical sales, then this is the right role for you!

Previous sales experience is not a requirement - we are looking for candidates with a scientific degree or clinical/nursing background, who are the right personality and mindset for this role.

The role will include the development of existing business alongside the establishment of potential new clients by implementing local sales and marketing strategies which have been agreed with the Sales Manager. Training is provided to ensure that a strong working knowledge and understanding of their products and their associated clinical areas of use is developed.

Products: Surgical


- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product range
- Provide technical training and support to medical personnel on the use of the respiratory and critical care product line as required
- Provide relevant information and facilitate ongoing communication with Clinical Customers. Assist in product evaluations and/or clinical studies as appropriate
- Achieve targets set by management by working independently in assigned territory to present and sell products and services to Healthcare professionals, Hospitals, Outpatient facilities, Healthcare facilities, Purchasing organizations, Purchasing groups, Multi-hospital systems, Healthcare provider alliances, and other key decision makers.
- Work closely and effectively with the other members of the sales team to provide the best possible service to the customer and the patient.


- Ability to meet frequently with customers and other decision makers
- Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory

Essential Requirements

- Degree Level or equivalent qualification (nursing, medical OR science degree preferred)
- Previous Surgical Medical Device sales/respiratory/critical care experience advantageous but not essential
- Product or Procedural knowledge an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High self-motivation
- Full UK Driving License
- You must be driven, tenacious, resilient, personable and enthusiastic
