We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with some Dev Ops experience and who can provide exceptional customer support. Based out of our Bristol Office you will be a part of a global team of Support professionals who ensures that our internal and external systems are always available to our 6M users.


Ideally you will have

2-3 Year’s experience in a tech support\dev ops roleExposure to Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Scale Sets)Understanding of MySQL and replication.A good understanding of Networking protocols, Networking topology and design, Proxy servers, web filtering, Firewalls and ADSL based technologiesComfortable with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)Experience supporting Microsoft and Linux systemsExperience administering and managing Office 365 and cloud based applicationsA comprehensive understanding of networks and TCP/IP related protocolsExcellent problem-solving skills; experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues
