Our client a market-leading of telecommunications technology for Cloud Contact Centre are growing their web applications development team in order to make sure they can deliver the very best in UI/UX to complement a robust back-end offering.
The focus will be on real-time applications for our Cloud Contact Centre platform but with the opportunity to develop and support IA, chat bots, WEB_RTC, multi-platform and multi-media (voice, chat e-mail, video) web applications to connect customers around the world.
- A minimum of 18 months web UI/UX design and applications development in a commercial environment.
- An understanding of MVC / MVVM models and experience building web UI with HTML5/CSS, JSON, XML & web frameworks.
- A demonstrable record of achievement in previous roles.
Candidates should have the following (or the ability to master quickly):
- Knowledge of node.js
