Technical Analyst - Client Onboarding

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst with Client Onboarding experience to work for a well known investment bank in the city. You will be joining a vibrant and fun Team and would be responsible for all technical analyst aspects relating to Central IT Services.

The individual should have a strong background within compliance controlling, directorships central compliance and have worked within a control room environment.

Experience with targeting operating models would be essential as well as strong in documentation.

Additional essential skills:

Hands-on technical analysis experience would be essential and ideally a financial background.

*Analytical, ability to arrive at any solutions that fit current or future business and technical processes.
*Having Business / market / product knowledge - solution and opportunity delivery would be an advantage.
*Ability to analyse data at a detailed level to identify any underlining problems and then define solutions.
*Strong SQL knowledge


*Analyse Business process, facilitate new initiatives while remaining aligned to Business strategy and IT strategy, service management best practices and protocols
*Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders (On boarding, Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Regulatory, Compliance, I.T), and external vendors & consultants.
*Provide ongoing/additional IT Systems & Business Process support to all internal and external stakeholders
*Effectively communicate status of production environment on an ongoing basis to Stakeholders, Shared Services team and Management, escalating when required as per IT service management best practices.
