- You must have 3+ years experience of CRM, Data (drawing insights & building targets), Automation, targeted social (Facebook Custom Audiences), display (Google Customer Match) and ESP’s.
- An individual who understands the connected consumer journey, mobile, web and increasing Life Time Value (LTV) of existing customers.
- Someone strategic but also confident with the technical processes.
- An individual with good communication and written skills who can develop customer facing messaging.
