We're looking for an exceptional Team Leader to join Clarion Futures to help us develop, promote and implement our new service aimed at tackling fuel poverty

About the role

You'll be tasked with developing and supporting a new national Energy Guidance Team and providing them with effective and visible line management. Your team will need to be highly performing, dynamic and motivated to deliver a national service with high quality service standards and sector leading impact that supports sustainable behaviour change.

Your key duties will include:

  • Embedding the new service and implementing a channel service strategy which prioritises face to face support for those most vulnerable to fuel poverty
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are complied with in all areas of activity
  • Working closely with colleagues across Clarion Housing Group to identify, engage and reach residentsAbout youWe'll look to you to bid for - and deliver - external funding and contracts to increase the programme's impact, as well as promoting the Group's fuel poverty activities through engagement with key stakeholders, awards, publicity and speaking opportunities.

You'll already have experience of delivering high quality, face to face guidance services, gained in an energy, money (or similar) context and will ideally hold the City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness.

You'll have demonstrable line management experience and be able to lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver innovative services. You'll role model team leadership skills, be an excellent communicator, display personal integrity and credibility, and be willing to collaborate with both colleagues and external partners.
