Harvey Nash have a superb opening for an Lead QA to join a thriving software consultancy in central Birmingham.

The company deliver end-to-end software solutions to a number of high-end clients, with a focus on correct Agile delivery and premium quality. They are seeking an experienced QA to define correct QA practices, with an eye for destructive/exploratory testing in a proactive way.

As the company are advocates of test-driven-development and pride themselves on the quality of their software, they are looking to stay at the forefront of testing methodologies so this is a crucial role for the organisation going forward.

You will proactively identify problems - literally, you will try and break the software from a UI perspective - and be a key member of the team that defines correct acceptance criteria. These are usually in a Given/When/Then format.
