Our digital, data andtechnology specialists work closely with experts in DWP Digitalscommunity to make digital services quicker, simpler and more efficientfor the millions of people that use them every day. Were looking for up to 20 experienced Organisation Managers to helplead one of the largest transformation programmes in Europe, in turn,making digital services quicker, simpler and more efficient to millionsof people in the UK that use them every day. Your role The aim of the Organisation Manager is to support and to build on thecapability and capacity of people across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Manage the capacity (supply and technical qualifications) to deliveragainst requirements, managing resource demand in support of businessneeds aligned with portfolio or solution specific priorities as well asmanaging the risk of excess capacity within delivery teams Work closely with other Organisation Managers to ensure overall BPDTSresource optimisation against priorities Work within your delegated authority to deliver the resourcingstrategy for the capability team, bringing in graduates and Apprentices,utilising 3rd parties where appropriate and further transformingservices Work with other Organisation Managers within BPDTS to impact changesacross teams, applications and services Act as the core leadership of BPDTS, role modelling the values of thecompany and ensuring everybody is aware of and working towards thecompany vision. Coach the teams and ensure they have the skills and access todevelopment that they require to do their role As an Organisation Manager, you will have the following: Essential skills Well-developed experience of managing people and resources acrossmulti-site environments Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management andengagement skills Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective workingrelationships clients and suppliers Relevant experience in the delivery of technology services.
