Role

I have an excellent opportunity for an Learning & Development Coordinator with one of the world's most innovative pharmaceutical companies.

Main Responsibilities

* Oversee and coordinator operational aspects of current and future L&D strategy for EMEA Region by providing dedicated support from the L&D centre of expertise
* Manage successful implementation of all open and intact training activities in the region by providing relevant logistical support, (coordinating course enrollment, course scheduling, venues, preparing course materials, equipment, facilities, etc.). Prepare course evaluation summaries and share with training partners, L&D and HRBPs
* Coordinate region-wide training communications and serve as liaison between L&D, Employee Communications, HRBPs and Functional Training groups
* Work very closely with the Corporate L&D team in the US
* Ensure that L&D courses are up-to-date and accurate in the LMS and reporting processes are regularly reviewed. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports in G.Learn (LMS). Manage G-Learn project for EMEA and ensure new users receive training and account set-up
* Maintain a positive relationship with training partners, keeping up to date contracts, supplier set-up, timely payment of invoices and adherence to cancellation policies
* Represent L&D department on project/process teams and in certain meetings
* Coordinate and Support EMEA L&D marketing efforts as well as internal communications between L&D, HRBPs, and other training groups
* Coordinate events and undertake administration duties for EMEA L&D Team, including travel, accommodation, expenses and diary management.

Skills/Requirements

* BA/BS or related L&D experience
* Prior experience in an similar L&D role in a fast paced environment (multinational or corporate organisation)
* Must be willing to develop L&D expertise in conjunction with maintaining all administrative related duties
* Experience in training administration or related field
* Experience of working within a multicultural environment/client group
* Must have strong organisation and time management skills and be able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
* Strong customer service bias to effectively respond to user/client inquiries and resolve issues
* Willing to develop L&D expertise in the role to offer a broader development service to employees in the future
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbally)
