Pensions Systems and Business Analyst with strong experience working as an Analyst on large and complex application projects within an insurance, claim processing or ideally the pensions sector. You'll need solid experience of the project lifecycle and be able to define and map a business process into a systems workflow. Experience of converting business requirements into high level technical solutions and specifications is essential. You should also have strong skills in Process Mapping, Business Process Reengineering, & Business Process Analysis and the ability to use an electronic tool, such MS Visio, to capture an as-is business process.
You'll also need to possess the following attributes: skilled at producing application and business requirements, strong analytical skills (particularly systems analysis skills) and ability to effectively analyse business processes and workflows, experience facilitating workshops and focus groups, strong business/client engagement skills.
Experience that would be useful is as follows: Relational Database knowledge, basic SQL Skills, GUI Design and Development, any UNIX or Oracle ideal.
You'll be part of the Development Team, and the role will involve enhancing and maintaining workflows used for a pension administration platform, liaising with the Business Analysis team, end users, developers and third party service providers.
