Technology Team Assistant - London, Stratford - £24.000 + benefits







This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technology Team Assistant to join a global sports betting organisation, which have made a huge investment in their Technology platforms. Technology sits at the heart of the company and this role will be based in a fantastic newly formed digital innovation hub in east London, Stratford. The company is extremely passionate about utilising state of the art technology to stay ahead of their competitors and make key business decisions.



Role:



The role of a Technology Team Assistant, which reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the CIO, is to provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and be a key point of contact for colleagues within the Department, helping to deliver a highly professional and efficient service.



Responsibilities:



  • Providing administrative support to Directors, including; arranging meetings, video and conference calls and dealing with diary management




  • Ensure meeting rooms are booked and ready for use




  • Scanning, photocopying, printing and filing




  • Processing expense claims for the Senior Leadership Team in a timely manner, using the online expenses system




  • Arranging all relevant travel, visa applications and accommodation for the Senior Leadership Team all Technology colleagues




  • Assisting with meeting agendas, confidential documents and presentations as required




  • Assisting with the on-boarding of new Technology members following established process




  • Ad hoc administrative duties




  • Providing support and cover to the EA to CIO where required








Requirements:



  • A good Team player




  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google mail)




  • Previous experience working as a Team Assistant is desirable




  • Confident and articulate




  • Pride in presentation




  • Positive and engaged manner




  • High levels of initiative and a proactive approach
