At Lloyds Banking Group we're driven by a clear purpose; to Help Britain Prosper. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, business and communities. Our in-house legal teams work in close collaborative partnership with both external counsel and business stakeholders, delivering high quality legal services and managing the Group's legal risk.

Our Insurance Legal and Company Secretariat teams are key business partners, providing a fully integrated function capable of supporting the whole of Insurance. We provide high quality, commercially focused support and advice on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, supporting all the proposition areas across Insurance.

We currently have a great opportunity to work within a job share arrangement as a Company Secretariat Manager, providing support to our Insurance division's legal entities and supporting our combined Insurance and Wealth executive committee governance framework. You'll work within a team of 11, and will be required to carry out various company secretariat duties including managing your own executive level committees, providing corporate governance advice and supporting on wider strategic governance projects, so it's essential that you have proven experience in these areas. To be successful you'll need to be able to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly, as well as being able to evidence your problem solving skills.

We'll need you to have proven strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Your role will involve taking personal responsibility for relationships with stakeholders, so you'll need to engage, build and maintain relationships both internally and externally. There will be occasional travel in the role to London, and infrequently elsewhere.

We're supportive of agile working, and this vacancy is to be worked as a job share. You'd need to work 2 to 3 days per week and we're open to discussing how this may work to suit both the individual and business requirements. Whatever your aspiration, you can also expect excellent benefits, personal development and a career that's enriching and full of opportunity.

In return, in addition to salary, we offer an award-winning benefits package, including performance-related bonus, car allowance, a contributory pension scheme and private medical insurance, as well as a flexible benefit scheme with industry leading benefits on offer.

So if you have the skills and experience we need, we'd be keen to hear from you.

Together we make it possible.
