Apodi are a high performing outsourcing company that work closely with pharmaceutical and healthcare business' to offer a variety of different services. The recruitment division of Apodi are looking for a recruitment consultant to join their busy team.

Your role will be to recruit for internal Apodi roles, contingency and vacancy management roles along with bringing on new business.

Your key duties will be included but not limited;

* To achieve personal revenue targets and KPI's
* To be responsible for a selected number of key accounts and deliver on their resourcing requirements.
* Be the point of contact for all vacancies and ensure all vacancies are being managed effectively.
* Maintain key account plans for each client
* Generate new roles from new clients and key accounts
* Meet with key people within each key account on a regular basis
* Proactively develop and expand business within allocated accounts
* Seek out opportunities for new business
* Full candidate management inclusive of; Telephone screening, interviewing and submission of suitable candidates for vacancies
* To participate in client pitches as required
* To make recommendations for candidate generation for difficult to fill vacancies
* Engage in proactive candidate generation
* Provide a very high level of customer service to candidates and clients
* Any other ad hoc duties as required

You will have previous experience working in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role and account management. You will have a thorough understanding of the full 360 recruitment process coupled with strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. Ideally you will have worked within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector although this is not essential.
