What will you be doing?

As the User Adoption Manager/Retail Change Manager for this leading organisation, you will have many responsibilities. Your focus will be on point of sale systems within the business. They are currently implementing a new EPOS solution globally, your goal will be to ensure that the company are able to provide customers with seamless checkout/payment experiences across all channels (store, online, mobile app and more). This means will be constantly working with people across the business to guarantee this continues to happen.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, assessing impacts of new technology, process design, defining project visions, Stakeholder identification/management, Defining KPI's, implementing training/education plans and more.

What would like you to bring?
  • Experience working with Business Change/Transformation
  • Point of sale systems (Revel Systems, Xstore, SAP, PCMS, World pay or others)
  • Experience of providing training to users
  • Experience working on global projects
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Willingness to travel globally atleast 1 or 2 twice per month.
  • Knowledge of clientelling
