Customer Insights is a centre of excellence for analytics within Lloyds Banking Group. It delivers deep dive analytics, interaction measurement, statistical modelling, business intelligence and visualisations.

We are looking for a Regular Insight Manager. The role can be based from London or Bristol. You will help drive bank strategy, derive customer journeys, as well as improving and developing bank propositions so we're looking for someone who is passionate about data/insight, storytelling and visualisation, has an aptitude for problem solving, and uses that approach to provide simple and effective solutions.
As a technical manager within our structure, you'd need to demonstrate a good degree of technical expertise as well as an ability to lead on delivering projects from start to end, while effectively balancing efforts across multiple priorities. We're looking for someone that can demonstrate core skills in Tableau self-service report development and report design / visualisation best practice. You must also be able to communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a restless curiosity. We are open to change and actively encourage innovative approaches to the way we do things.
More specifically, to be successful, you'd need to demonstrate extensive experience creating professional Tableau reports, have proven experience leading the implementation of innovative interactive insight solutions and have the ability to manipulate and source data (primarily through use of SQL coding). It would also be an advantage to have a good general knowledge / subject matter expertise of areas of the bank that Customer Insights supports (e.g. product knowledge, channels/digital, and payments behaviour).
