Technical Project Manager (SI, Cloud, DevOps)

We are looking for the next Zinedine Zidane of the Technology Delivery world. A candidate who has great technical abilities, solid managerial experience in controlling and leading a team while diving into each challenge... head first... Are you the next Technical Project Manager (SI, Infrastructure Implementation, Application Development) maestro? Disclaimer: French Nationality and hair loss are not requirements of the role.

My client is not just looking for just any Technical Project Manager but rather PM’s who have operated at the elite level of consulting. If you do not have a genuine passion for technology and you have not worked at the very top tier, this is NOT the role for you!

Your role as a Technical Project Manager (SI, Cloud, DevOps) will involve the oversight of design and implementation of Business critical IT systems. There is no specific technical focus but rather holistic views of the technology landscape are of more value. Consulting experience is imperative due to the nature of the role. You will be interacting with C-level stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, including some world renowened blue chip companies. Refined interpersonal skills are crucial. You will be working in small teams to deliver high quality solutions to elite clients so you must evidence ownership of projects and a self-starting attitude.

Requirements for Technical Project Manager (SI, Cloud, DevOps):

  • Established experience in previous projects focused on infrastructure implementation or application development/integration.
  • Solid understanding of full project lifecycle.
  • Leading large, mixed teams in previous positions is a must.
  • Ability to deal with multifaceted stakeholder arrangements.
  • Knowledge in the implementation of governance and stakeholder management structures.
  • Recognised responsibility and accountability of budgets.
  • Vendor Management experience.
  • Understanding procurement techniques paired with product evaluation knowledge will be necessary.
  • Certification in project management methodologies will definitely help your case (Prince 2, PMP etc.)
