My client is a growing orthopaedics company that currently has vacancies open for a Business Development Manager in the biologics department. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual who comes directly from a biologics sales background who is looking to have a strategic sales role in which they can provide insights into sales and marketing strategies that will contribute to the continual growth and development of a company.

Since establishment, my client has been competing with the industry leaders and is maintain an ever-growing presence in the UK market with their niche product portfolio. This is an opportunity for you to utilize a product line that is not covered by the larger organisations in the industry, this provides you with an excellent up-side potential to create a consistent pipeline of sales that will ultimately reward you with generous OTE's, career progression prospects and the chance to establish and maintain my clients exceptional reputation.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

* Driving the sales of the biologics product portfolio
* Identifying and closing all sales leads
* Provide insights into sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
* Build new relationships and maintain existing accounts

Requirements of the business development role include:

* 3-5 years of biologics sales experience
* Experience selling into theatres
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in English
* Readiness to travel
