A unique opportunity has recently come into the market with with one of my clients which is a leading and world renowned investment management firm With a quantitative and systematic approach to trading. This firm has a strong hold within the FX and Derivatives markets and are looking to push forward the growth of their tech department to support the firms trading activities and aggressively take market share. The firms has a strong mandate to out perform the benchmark indices whilst excelling in its risk management functions across the board.

In your new role

As a successful candidate for the C#.Net Software Developer position you will be responsible for supporting a number of the firms proprietary P&L Applications which are essential to the reconciliations of business accounts. Using C#, WCF, ASP.Net, SQL you will need to support the firms project development process across the various elements their operations. In this role you will also be responsible for the enhancement of the back office systems whilst working on the development of new projects.



What you will need to succeed:
  • Strong coding ability in C#, SQL and ASP.NET
  • The ability to work both unsupervised and as a team player
  • The ability to work within an agile team and actively get involved in code reviews and meetings.
  • To be able to take on multiple work load
  • A good grounding and knowledge of financial securities
  • To be Passionate about software development
