A leading digital services development team is growing its Software Development capability and needs more exceptional Engineers to join the team.

You will use your Java/Scala brain in a fast paced and friendly environment alongside some of the best the industry has to offer. Already known as Digital innovators and disruptors within their sector, you will get the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting solutions being created and developed in the UK.

Constantly improving their digital offerings and shifting the technical boundaries, my client needs ‘out of the box’ thinkers with a passion for all things Java, Mobile, Web and Digital.

You don’t need previous commercial experience in Scala but rather a desire to be put through extensive training.


  • Build, deploy and operate outstanding digital services within an agile environment that meet well-defined user needs
  • Collaborate with Design specialists to translate designs into high quality websites, apps and interactive experiences
  • Participate in the rapid development of user-driven digital prototypes
  • Work in cross-functional teams to write and test production quality, sustainable code for world-class user interfaces for new and existing systems
  • Contribute to a robust automated test suite to work in a continuous integration environment.
