My client is a market leader within the IT Service sector. Due to sustained growth they are looking to add to their change and release team. This role would suit someone at Graduate level or towards the start of their career that is looking for a route into a technology role. The role sits within a dedicated support team that control all change and release of services for the organisation. The ideal person will have the following skills / knowledge:

*Excellent customer service skills and confidence in liaising with people at all levels
*Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
*Ability to document processes and procedures in a clear, concise and logical manner
*Ability to work pro-actively in a customer focused team environment
*Ability to manage calls in line with established SLAs
*Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
